Spring Green Smoothie
2 or 3 handfuls of spinach (rinsed)
1 bunch fresh parsley (rinsed)
1/2 cup chopped pear
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup oats
1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
1/2 cup water or milk of choice (more if needed)
*Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if too thick. Enjoy!

1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
